The exchange program between Fudan University School of Journalism and Aarhus University in Denmark was jointly established in 2019 and officially implemented in September 2020. The program aims to strengthen cooperation between our school and universities in the Nordic countries, facilitate cross-cultural exchange between students, broaden international perspectives, enhance understanding of the media industry and current theoretical developments in each other's countries, and cultivate outstanding talents in journalism and communication with an international outlook.
Aarhus University, founded in 1928, is the largest comprehensive university in Denmark with a long history. It is a member of prominent university networks such as the Coimbra Group, Utrecht Network, European University Association, and Global U8 Consortium. In the 2020 QS World University Rankings by Subject, Aarhus University's Communication and Media Studies discipline is ranked 36th globally and is the top-ranked university in Denmark in this field.

Schools waive tuition fees, and students are responsible for international travel expenses, visa fees, and other miscellaneous fees.
